Above each guestroom bed at the W Hotel Times Square, I designed a graphic headboard mural that captures the essence of a flame, reimagined as a living, flowing form. This design embodies the vibrant energy of New York City while reflecting the intimacy and elegance of a boutique hotel, creating a luxurious yet dynamic atmosphere.

The organic lines and fluid contours evoke warmth, vitality, and sophistication, inviting guests into an indulgent and inspiring space. As a striking centerpiece, the mural balances boldness and grace, seamlessly aligning with the W Hotel’s signature style to enhance the guest experience.

To achieve the design, I created the graphic in 3D, allowing me to explore various compositions, forms, angles, lighting, and depth of field. This process enabled a dynamic and refined visual that brings the concept to life with precision and depth.
