The mural at Founders Coffee Co. in Las Vegas celebrates the origins and journey of coffee. Using illustrations by Coreena Lewis, I arranged her illustrations to tell the story of Kaldi, the Ethiopian goat herder who discovered coffee's energizing power, and its spread from Ethiopia to the Arabian Peninsula and across the globe.
