For Hotel Arts Calgary, I designed a bespoke wayfinding wallcovering that spans all 12 floors of the property, combining functionality with artistic expression. The design features dynamic paint strokes, halftones, geometric shapes, and plaster textures that alternate between floors, creating a unique visual identity for each level.

This layering of elements reflects the hotel’s modern, vibrant personality and provides a subtle yet intuitive sense of orientation for guests as they navigate the space. By alternating textures and patterns, the design fosters a feeling of discovery, where each floor becomes a distinctive destination within the hotel. The interplay of abstract forms and tactile details contributes to an immersive and memorable guest experience, seamlessly integrating art into the flow of everyday travel.
